10.13.03 PHILADELPHIA, Pa. Oct. 13 – Christian Rondenhaver has recently joined AMC Delancey Group as regional director of industrial properties, according to Kenneth P. Balin, president and CEO .In his role Rodenhaver will serve as the regional director for the company’s expanding Central Pennsylvania portfolio of properties. That portfolio currently includes 560,000 square feet of warehouse/distribution facilities in Harrisburg, Pa, as well as the new acquisition of a 270,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Macungie, Pa. He will report to Andrew Kleeman vice president of asset management, and will responsible for the financial performance of all of the properties, as well as new acquisitions in the Central Pennsylvania industrial market. “I’m pleased to welcome Chris to our AMC team, and believe his years of experience, energy and enthusiasm will help us reach our performance goals,” said Kleeman. Rodenhaver has more than 17 years experience in commercial real estate having worked with GMH Capital Partners for the past three years. While there, he managed the domestic real estate portfolios for GE Supply, Penske Truck Leasing, Transport International Pool and GE Commercial Real Estate and Finance.He holds a B.A. Degree in Economics from Wake Forest University, and is a resident of Flourtown, Pa.
