Matthew Loffer Joins AMC Delancey Group as Financial Analyst

PHILADELPHIA, PA, DECEMBER 6, 2004— AMC Delancey Group, Inc., a Philadelphia, Pennsylvania-based national real estate investment company, has announced that Matthew Loffer has joined as a real estate financial analyst in the company’s acquisitions department. In this capacity, Loffer will be responsible for performing financial analysis and due diligence on potential acquisitions for AMC Delancey.

Loffer formerly served as a Senior Analyst for the Personal Financial Counseling practice of Ernst & Young, LLP in Philadelphia, where he was responsible for providing financial and estate planning services to senior corporate executives and high net worth individuals. He also held the position of Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young in Baltimore, Maryland, where he focused on clients in the real estate and construction industry. Prior to his employment with Ernst & Young, Loffer served as Internal Control Specialist with Folio [fn] Investments, Inc.

Loffer holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Oklahoma where he majored in Finance and Economics, and a Masters of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Virginia. A Philadelphia resident, he holds the designation of CPA and is currently a level II candidate for the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Mr. Loffer is also a member of the Urban Land Institute and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has also recently become a candidate member of the CCIM Institute, where he is pursuing the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation.
