PHILADELPHIA, PA, APRIL 4, 2005 ö AMC Delancey Group, Inc., a Philadelphia, Pennsylvania-based national real estate investment company, has named Geoffrey B. Campbell Property Manager. In this capacity, Campbell will manage a portfolio of properties located in Pennsylvania and Delaware, consisting of the Cast Iron Building, Tally Ho Shopping Center, and Mulberry Court Apartments.

Prior to joining AMC Delancey, Campbell served as Project Manager for Total Facility Management, Inc. in Malvern, Pennsylvania, where he was responsible for managing nearly 100 ongoing maintenance projects. Previously, he held the position of Facility Manager at Stoltz Management where he managed more than 250,000 square feet of commercial retail and office space, while supervising all capital improvements and internal property reporting.
