PHILADELPHIA, PA, JUNE 6, 2005 ö AMC Delancey Group, Inc., a Philadelphia-based national real estate investment company, has named Ryan M. Sell, a certified public accountant with a masterâs degree in accountancy, a financial analyst for the company. Sell will be based out of the companyâs corporate headquarters in Philadelphia. In this capacity, Sell will be responsible for asset management and analysis duties for a number of AMC Delanceyâs investment entities.

Prior to joining AMC Delancey, Sell served as a Senior Consultant in the Transaction Advisory Services practice of Ernst & Young, LLP, in Boston, Massachusetts. In this capacity, Sell performed financial due diligence services for acquirers. He previously had also served in the Assurance and Advisory Business Services practice at Ernst & Young.

Sell holds a Master of Science in accountancy from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science in finance from Boston College.
