PHILADELPHIA, PA, JUNE 20, 2005 – AMC Delancey Group, Inc., a Philadelphia-based national real estate investment company, announced that Principal and Vice President of Acquisitions Michael C. Wachs was selected to the Board of Trustees for Access One Trust.

The Access One Trust currently consists of four separate series: Access High Yield Fund, Access Money Market Fund, Access Flex High Yield Fund and Access VP High Yield Fund. Other funds may be added in the future.

Wachs is currently a board member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Lambda Alpha, and the Board of Trustees of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Greater Philadelphia chapter. He is a licensed real estate salesperson, a member of World Entrepreneur’s Organization and a Trustee of ProFunds, a family of mutual funds. Prior to joining AMC Delancey in 1996, Wachs held various positions with First Union National Bank. Wachs, who resides in Merion Station, Pennsylvania, holds a master’s in business administration from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Arts in economics from George Washington University.
