Stoney Creek Shopping Center in Springfield, PA for $11 Million

SPRINGFIELD, PA, JUNE 27, 2005 – AMC Delancey Group, Inc., a Philadelphia, Pennsylvania-based national real estate investment company, has announced the acquisition of the 102,239-square-foot Stoney Creek shopping center located at 453 Baltimore Pike, Springfield, Pennsylvania, for $11 million. Matthew Kelly, asset manager of AMC Delancey, served as the in-house representative in this transaction, and Paul Rumley of Metro Commercial Real Estate represented the seller, Principals of Joseph S. Mozino and Company, Inc. and Mozino Trust. Metro Commercial Realty will serve as the property manager and leasing agent for the center.

Stoney Creek shopping center includes three buildings, consisting of 79,668 square feet of retail space and 25,209 square feet of office space. The center is currently 89 percent occupied. Strategically situated along Route 320, Stoney Creek is convenient to Interstates 476 and 95, and is five miles from the Philadelphia International Airport.
