AMC Delancey’s Central Pennsylvania portfolio contains several flex, industrial, office and retail properties from the Gettysburg Village Factory Outlets to the original Lancaster Outlet Center. Integrated Biosciences, an FDA registered, ISO 9001:2000 certified contract manufacturer of class 1 medical devices and disposables, will be renovating and expanding into an adjoining space to occupy a total of 46,408 square feet at Distribution Plaza. The company will utilize the space for the manufacturing of medical devices. Brett Crans, property manager, served as the in-house leasing representative. Designed Telecommunications, a telecommunications company, will be renovating its 5,638-square-foot space at Distribution Plaza, which it uses for telecommunication engineering, administrative offices and storage/warehousing.
