SPRINGFIELD, MA, JANUARY 9, 2006— AMC Delancey Group, Inc., a
Philadelphia-based national real estate investment company, announced that
its Springfield Holiday Inn hotel is currently renovating its
4,400-square-foot restaurant to include an 850-square-foot private executive
dining room. The restaurant transformation will include a
Mediterranean-style restaurant and lounge called Panorama. The restaurant
will seat 90 guests, with a private dining area available to seat up to 35
guests. The lounge will seat up to 40 guests. The overhaul is scheduled to
be complete by early 2006.
“We are thrilled with the dramatic renovations already in progress,” said
Andy Taymans, general manager of the Springfield Holiday Inn. “Our goal
continues to be to provide the most enjoyable experience for our guests.
With this restaurant overhaul, we are well on our way to achieving this
goal.”
The restaurant and lounge offer commanding views, overlooking The Pioneer
Valley and distant Berkshire Mountains. Not only will the makeover include a
sophisticated design, including new fixtures, furnishing and finishes, but
the flavors will receive a little rejuvenation of their own. A new menu,
featuring the tasting creations of Executive Chef Matthew Jolie, will spice
up the Mediterranean cuisine. By the glass or by the bottle, an impressive
collection of wines will also be available to guests.
The design team will be headed by CSPD Associates from Lancaster, PA and
Premier Purchasing and Design from Harrisburg, PA.
