JACKSONVILLE, FL, MAY 10, 2006 – AMC Delancey Group, Inc., a Philadelphia-based national real estate investment company, and its joint venture partner, Fairfield, N.J.-based Paramount Hotel Group, announced that the Radisson Hotel Jacksonville Butler Boulevard was selected by Radisson Hotels & Resorts as a 2005 President’s Award winner. This prestigious award is bestowed upon top performing hotels based on guest and employee satisfaction in addition to maintaining the highest standards in product quality and amenities. The hotel was one of only 42 properties honored from among all of the Radisson hotels in North and South America.

The 2005 President’s Awards were based on the following criteria: complaints per thousand occupied room nights under 0.5 percent, cleanliness and physical room condition above 95 percent, and the Gallop Employees Survey in the top 75 percent of the properties surveyed.
