GETTYSBURG, PA, June 28, 2006 — As the temperatures heat up, so do
the offerings at Gettysburg Village. Following the recent opening of the
center’s new ten-screen Gettysburg Village Stadium Cinema, the area’s
largest multi-plex movie theater, Gettysburg Village is poised to open
four new stores. Lane Bryant, the nation’s largest women’s plus-size
specialty apparel retailer; Petite Sophisticate, the premier national
specialty store focused exclusively on the petite woman; Puma, well
known for its line of name brand sport-fashion footwear and clothing;
and Perfumania, a fragrance retailer specializing in the sale of genuine
designer fragrances will open soon. Also, The Dog House, a sit-down
restaurant with a diversified menu, will open in the food court.
“We want to encourage our guests to relax and enjoy spending time at our
center, which is why we continue to add some of the finest retailers in the
country to our top-notch merchant mix, along with high-quality eateries and
entertainment features,” said Nancy Brown, general manager of Gettysburg
Village “There’s really something here for everyone!”
Lane Bryant will take 6,000 square feet and Petite Sophisticate will take
3,000 square feet, replacing the former Casual Corner. Puma will open in a
5,000-square-foot store next to Claire’s and Easy Spirit. Perfumania will
open a 1,200-square-foot store next to Totes and Harry & David. The Dog
House will open a 1,107-square-foot restaurant in the food court.
