Berries Anyone? AMC Delancey Group Secures Over 25,000 SF Lease with Shari's Berries
California-Based Company to Open New East Coast Distribution Facility in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania

PHILADELPHIA (January 2, 2007) – Philadelphia-based AMC Delancey Group, a leading national real estate investment and development firm, today announced that it has secured a 26,527-square-foot lease with Provide Berries, Inc. (Shari’s Berries) at the Commonwealth Building within the Pennsylvania Business Center in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. Specialty gourmet food processor Shari’s Berries plans to use the space, its new East Coast distribution facility, for food processing, packaging and distribution; as a retail outlet; and for administrative offices.

Property manager Brett Crans represented AMC Delancey and Jason Grace of Landmark Commercial Realty represented Provide Berries in this lease transaction.

The Commonwealth Building is a 67,462-square-foot, multi-tenant warehouse/flex building located at 25 Utley Drive in the Pennsylvania Business Center (PBC), a planned business park consisting of four buildings which are a combination of office, flex/office, and warehouse space. The PBC was developed in 1986 and has a total gross building area of 134,817 square feet. The business center is located at the Slate Hill Road exit off State Route 15, just two miles north of the Pennsylvania Turnpike Exit 236, and 3.5 miles from I-83 in the heart of the Central Pennsylvania Crossroads.
