PHILADELPHIA (February 5, 2007) – AMC Delancey Group, Inc., a Philadelphia-based, leading national real estate investment and development firm, today announced the promotion of Paul Schaaf to asset manager. In his new role out of AMC Delancey’s Philadelphia headquarters, Schaaf will manage the company’s Cedar Run Corporate Center in King of Prussia, as well as the Cast Iron Building and Mulberry Court Apartments in Philadelphia. An employee of AMC Delancey since 2004, Phoenixville, Pa.-resident Schaaf was most recently a property manager, where he was directly responsible for the day-to-day operations of two suburban Philadelphia office buildings encompassing over 300,000 square feet of space. His primary responsibilities included acting as the functional liaison between ownership and tenants, potential buyers, leasing agents, contractors, township supervisors and employees. “Paul has been a vital asset to the organization and our property assets since joining us in 2004,” said Kenneth P. Balin, president and CEO of AMC Delancey Group. “He most recently managed One Montgomery Plaza and was an integral part of helping AMC Delancey sell the building to the County of Montgomery. His outstanding property and staff management not only kept the building in excellent operating condition, but also led to most of the building staff keeping their jobs after the ownership transition.” Prior to joining AMC Delancey, Schaaf ran his own company that provided financial and administrative services to various organizations within the real estate and medical community. Before that, he was a principal/co-founder of Managed Service Partners, Inc., an integrator and reseller of channel connectors. He also held various positions with Bell Atlantic Corp Inc., and Bell Atlantic Business System Services. Schaaf is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and holds a bachelor’s degree from West Chester University. About AMC Delancey Group,
