PHILADELPHIA, PA, DECEMBER 13, 2004— AMC Delancey Group, Inc., a Philadelphia, Pennsylvania-based national real estate investment company, has announced that Amy Stratton has joined as Investment Accountant in the company’s financial asset management group. In this capacity, Stratton will handle accounting and analysis responsibilities for a number of AMC Delancey’s investment entities. Stratton formerly served as Corporate and Development Accountant for Keystone Property Trust, where she was responsible for corporate accounting duties as well as all accounting functions for the company’s new development projects. Prior to this, she served as Regional Accounting Manager for a residential portfolio owned by PREIT Services and later Morgan Properties. She has also held positions with Equivest Management Co., Xonex, Inc. and Stoltz Management Co. Stratton holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Wilmington College. Kenneth P.
