Delancey Senior Living was created by the management team of AMC Delancey Group to provide additional lifestyle choices to seniors within our communities. Our Employee owned company, based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, owns, develops, and operates Senior Living residences. We strive to provide seniors with a residential environment which enriches wellness and the quality of life by encouraging independence and an active lifestyle.

Our first lifestyle option for seniors is our Independent Senior Living residences. Delancey Senior Living residences differ from the majority of current options available to seniors in that we are able to provide a beautiful apartment accompanied by a breadth of services and programs for a surprisingly affordable, all-inclusive monthly charge with no entrance fee.
