We have a particular proficiency in joint ventures to reposition complex assets. AMC Delancey's Real Estate Equity Investment strategy is to invest side-by-side with experienced local operating partners who provide in-depth knowledge of their asset class and the markets in which they operate.

Long Term Investment Programs
AMC Delancey develops and executes long-term real estate investment programs that have a value creation proposition, can be readily replicated and yield a superior risk adjusted return, while ensuring the preservation of capital. To accomplish this objective, we identify opportunistic asset classes and geographies while partnering with best-in-class local operators. We add value through a vast array of in-house resources at AMC Delancey including financial structuring, strategic planning, design and construction expertise, operations management and our vast exposure to the capital markets.

Targeted Investment Strategy
Our targeted investment strategy encompasses both single assets or large scale portfolios. Property types include mixed -use, multi-family, office, retail, industrial, hospitality and land. Our equity investments typically range from $2 million to $15 million, but there is no upper limitation.
