To accomplish this, we identify opportunistic asset classes and geographies and partner with best-in-class local operators. We add value through the vast array of in-house resources of AMC Delancey including financial structuring, strategic planning, execution and capital markets expertise.

Our targeted investment strategy encompasses both single assets or large-scale portfolios. Property types include multi-family, office, retail, industrial, hospitality and land. Our equity investments typically range from $2 million to $15 million, but there is no upper limitation. We have the knowledge and capability to execute almost any transaction when the opportunity arises.
