Investment Strategy

Our investment and operating strategy focuses on properties that, by our criteria, have not realized their full potential. AMC Delancey seeks to find properties that represent significant opportunity for asset appreciation achieved through proper acquisition, sound underwriting and effective property management. We have become skilled at designing and implementing business plans that create value where it may not appear to exist. By strategically focusing on redevelopment, management or marketing, we successfully transform underachieving properties to meet their full potential.

Historical Investments

Since inception, our management team and a network of capable operating partners, have identified underperforming real estate investments, applied careful due diligence and successfully executed value creation strategies.
